They give multiple templates for you to choose from so that you don’t have to worry about it. From miscommunication with our coordinator, our marriage license wasn’t mailed out before it expired. I contacted them and they were extremely helpful the entire time. I found out that the officiant had to call the county’s department for me and request a duplicate license. They received it and mailed it back to the county office for me without an additional charge.”
